Rates
- Special internet rates are only valid if you book through Risshotelmalioboro.com.
- Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah.
- Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified.
- The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified.
- Additional services (additional person, train station and airport transfer, etc) are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.
- Room Rates are inclusive of Breakfast for 2 persons unless otherwise specified.
- Special group rates are available, please contact smm@risshotelmalioboro.com.
- Please note that group rate are indicated for a reservation of minimum of 10 rooms per period.
- Rates may change without prior notice.

Additional Charges
- Extra bed will be charged for the 3rd person. Please note that maximum of extra bed is one in each room.
- Adult’s extra bed: IDR 350,000 / net / adult/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast.
- Train station transfer on sharing basis : IDR 100,000.00 / net / way.
- Airport transfer and train station on sharing basis : IDR 400,000.00 / net / way.

Reservation
- Online reservation is recommended. It is the fastest & safest way for the following reasons:
  - It gives you instant confirmation
- All reservation inquiry will be replied within 2 working days

Amend of Reservation
- One night charge applies for amendment made within 3 days prior to arrival.
- One night charge applies for amendment made within 7 days prior to arrival only during Lebaran, Christmas and New Year Period.
- Reservation can be changed with prior notice.
- Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability.

Guarantee
- A refundable deposit of 1 night will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking, the rest of the payment should be settled upon check-in, unless otherwise specified. Rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will accomodate for transportation to that hotel.
- Credit card used to make a reservation should be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, Riss Hotel Malioboro will contact you to arrange a third party billing.
- Accepted credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Amex, JCB, Diners Club. We will confidentially use the information for further processing.
- Deposit could also be transferred to Riss Hotel Malioboro with a copy of payment document to be emailed or WhatsApp message to +62 811 2654 647

Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is 2 pm.
- Check-out is at 12 pm.
- Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room in advance.
- Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 17:00 hrs is 50% from the room rate and Check-out after 18:00 hrs is considered as one night stay.

Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure
- One night charge applies for cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival.
- One night charge applies for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival only during Lebaran, Christmas and New Year Period.
- If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no show), the first night will be charged.
- For any cancellation made before hotel cancellation policy, hotel will refund your deposit. If deposit charged to credit card, refund will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. Refund will take approximately 30 working days.
- Please Note: In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved date, the hotel will charge full payment – 100%

Children Policy
- Children age is from 0-10 years old.
- Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is two, unless otherwise specified.

Hotels Facilities
- Some of Hotel’s facilities are free of charge (Fitness centre, Swimming pool, Mini zoo, Kids corner, and internet connection throughout the hotel Including All Room Types) and some of them chargeable. Please double check or contact us to avoid miss perception.

Payment Policy
- A Deposit of first night stay is mandatory and will be charged in local currency (IDR) to a valid credit card upon booking. The rest of the payment should be settled upon check-in. Deposit is refundable based on cancellation policy.
- Any purchase of “Reservation Extras & Stay Enhancements” will be charged upon CHECK-IN.
- If the credit card used in the booking doesn’t belong to the person who will be staying with us, we will require copies of the owner’s credit card and a valid ID (both sides, photo or scan) for security purposes at Accounting Department. Otherwise, Riss Hotel Malioboro reserves the right to cancel the booking. Please note that we will confidentially use the information for further processing.
